职位描述:
Manage and oversee a team of QA Analysts responsible for the analysis, execution, and evaluation of ASG′s software products to ensure usability, reliability, proper functionality, and conformance with company and market standards. Product line consists of tools for security management in a distributed environment. The QA Manager would be responsible for overseeing the building of test plans and cases, performing testing and analysis, identifying and documenting anomalies and presenting findings to Development for correction and enhancement of the software.
Job Requirements: Education level desired and/or Experience level: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience. Minimum 10 years software testing, development, or research experience in a Windows, Unix, and Mainframe environment, plus 3 years supervisory experience. Proficient in reading, writing and speaking the English language. Must be able to communicate effectively with peers in the United States and Denmark. -Must have the experience in Mainframe -Proficiency with all aspects of MS Windows and Unix (AIX, HP-UX, SUN, Linux) -Experience with supervising a test team -Project Management experience -Experience installing and testing software in a Win, Unix, and Mainframe environment -Experience with Protocols: ODBC, TCPIP, DDF, Agent, LDAP. -Experience with mainframe platform (OS/390, Z/OS) -Profiency with Databases (Oracle, DB2, SQL Server) -Knowledge of RACF administration, TSO, ISP, CLISTS, JCL, SDSF |
